The hotel is located near the station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided excellent service, always being polite and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh cheese. the hotel had a traditional and charming interior, creating a pleasant atmosphere for couples.
The WiFi was unreliable and slow, making it difficult to work from the room.

The breakfast crew was friendly. They provide hot milk in the morning to combat the cold. Comfortable rooms with helpful and polite staff. The neighborhood is calm and though worn-out, it adds character. Nighttime caution advised. Spacious and clean rooms, good breakfast with variety. A vintage hotel that offers privacy. Convenient location for Republica attractions. Incredibly helpful staff, the best aspect of the place. Basic but decent, ideal for exploring Sao Paulo center during the day. Great option for a base in the city.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always on hand to offer help, which was great. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the station. The room was comfy and had lovely furniture, and the breakfast was a real highlight. I loved the variety of food on offer – especially the hot milk, which was a lovely surprise and made my mornings even better.
I had a good experience and can't think of much to complain about – this hotel really exceeded my expectations!
